This is a great drawing! I can see the expression on the dilphin's face. It looks very playful. One area to improve I looks liie the tail is disconnected from the rest of the body. Try to see the "line of action" as one continuous line and explore how all the underlying forms are attached to the line.
just keep drawing and have fun with it.
