30 second fast warm-up

Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Make my scene-and-environment weights more fastest and good-est.

Here is my really fast warm-up sketch. I had a job to do. I really, really had to get this sketch above out. Do you think it's fastest enough??
