Excellent work on your faces, mike_ok, they are positively rich with character. But, I've got one little inquiry: What is your current goal for today?
The reason why is because, you should get clear about what you need to aim for.
And another thing: we would love to see you get more clearest strokes in your 30-second expression practices. Again, why? So that you can get a gestural idea in the expressions.
Hope it's been completely and totally wholesome.

I totally know what you mean. Thanks. Although I am working towards better strokes/gesture, its practice in general.

I think you can improve by thining some of your lines out, and maybe study facial features individually before putting them together to make a face. Look up the Loomis method! It really helped me capture face proportions. Still, you look like you're going down the right path. Keep it up!
A lot of nice faces. I know you know how to draw faces from viewing your previous works. Are you using the Line-of-Action faces & expression section? If not, you should. Remember practice makes better.
Yeah I use the 30 minute class setting, 3/4 must be included.
