29-Second Upside Down Light and Lively Funny Expression Sketch

by Polyvios Animations, January 20th 2021 © 2021 Polyvios Animations
Done as part of a practice session with poses of 29 seconds in length. My current goal is: Improve my understanding of my caricatures, exaggerations, and satires of my faces and expressions, mostly for animation designs. Here is my latest light sketch, people. It's OK that it looks nothing like a funny expression, because it helped me draw lines loosely, lightly, longer, largely and lively as possible, but with lines of action and rhythm. It's natural that this sketch is a scribbly warm-up sketch, but it's OK, so that it helped me better focus on how to draw faster than everbody in the animation business presently. What do you think?

Looks like you are doing very well at loostening up. If it helps you and you enjoyed doing it, that is great! If you are looking to do more charicatures, I might reccomend drawing exagerated faces using only straight lines, simple curved lines, and nothing more complex than an 'S' curve line. Play with putting together shapes with simple curves like that to challenge yourself.

Yeah it does not resemble the funny expression you're talking about. But if it helps you focus on drawing faster, then good on you!
