Good flow! I can tell that you captured the gesture of the pose well even without seeing the reference. You seem unconfident in some areas such as, feet, hands, kneecaps, and breasts. It seems that you are unsure how to draw the form. It's understandable, they are so difficult! Proko has videos that can teach you how to draw these with confidence. Good job on the core shadows as well!!

It seems like you are having some trouble with proportion. I would counsel not allowing yourself to get to shading until you've spent a little more time measuring the body against itself. It's much harder to make corrections to proportion once you've begun adding shading and details! This can be a little frustrating at first because shading is fun and gorgeous, but once shading goes in it becomes dramatically harder to fix any issues. Spend more time measuring the body against itself to make sure the various parts agree with one another. For example, how big is the face compared to the hand? How big is the hand compared to the foot? How many heads could you fit into the torso?

Thank you for sharing your work with us. I hope this helps a little bit.
