Greatest job on your 10-second sketches, Sidg187, but I'm not getting enough of the most powerful and strongest communications in your figurative poses. Would you please free up your dominant and non-dominant hands with 30 mintues of 9 second poses?
The reason why you would and should loosen up your hands with 9 second sketches is because, if you totally want to make your goal "reduce stiffness in my drawings, and to make them more dynamic, energetic, and fluid," then go ahead and sketch. If you could and should go ahead with this idea, it's to make your poses the most economic in your brush mileage digitally and traditionally.

Thank you for being specific about the stiffness. I will try practice more around 9 second poses for 30 mins
