Hello. I'm still stunned by how nicest your loosest lines are becoming with your anatomy poses, but it's still too most awkward and boring to me yet. Why don't you kindly go ahead with 5 mins of 30 second pose warmups?

Try to focus on spotting line of action in quick 30 sec gesture session and combine it with human proportion lecture and practice and once you are comfortable with drawing stiff standing male and female you can start with that type of gestures you inserted in image! Good Luck!
Also notice the negative shapes and compare yours with what are they look like on reference that is an easy way to spot issues
