My current goal is: I don't know! I am an absolute beginner; I'm here to study the basics of rendering

Nicest job on your finest but strongest range of movement, forms and attentions to details in your figure poses. However, I'm not getting far enough of your flow, elasticity and fluidity in your pose yet. Would you like to please lighten up but loosen up your lines and edges the most with 50 minutes of 1 minute figure poses seated and standing and in 360º poses?
The reason is because, you can and will get a lot of liveliness and a lot of guts in your forces, forms, and perspective. Thank you.

It looks quite nice, proportions looks right and is very well drawn, if anything I would recommend adding some gesture to give more dynamism to the figure.
Well done!

I like this. For 20 minutes I really feel like you got a lot of detail. Only critique really would be you could have added some more detail on the foot before shading but still great job regardless
