you've got a really solid grasp on the proportions and how the muscles look, where they are etc. that right foot on the left figure is great, and for the right figure i think the way you drew the person's torso is so powerful. my main critiques are about fluidity/dynamicism. the arms specifically seem stiff on both pieces, and i think the hands should be a little bigger. the left arm on the left figure is alright. for the right arm, think about how the skin interacts when it folds up, and foreshortening. also, you probably get this a lot, but work on your line confidence. start drawing with a pen or a bigger tool, just so you aren't tempted to over the same lines you already made. draw with long, quick lines. it'll save you a lot of effort and make your drawings look better.
