Echoing what the other person said: ignore details at this stage. Don’t try to draw fingers and toes, detailed facial features, even the various bumps of muscles and such. Start with an arm as a simple tube curved the way the arm curves, and you can add the smaller forms on that later.
Youre on the right track with proportions though - particularly the top pose.
