50 min sketch 2 hour session

Done as part of a 2 hour class.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses
Polyvios Animations
Good afternoon, Rashuneagle, I love how much solidity, fluidity and live you've got going in your pose. Greater job, indeed. Please keep up the great work.
My bigger issue with this is that some of the anatomy, particularly in the tops of the bone and most of the muscles look and seem a bit farther too rigid to me. Would you like to loosen up your non-dominant hand with a 2 minute pose? So that your anatomy will become less stiffer and more fluid, natural, and livelier. For more practice on construction, be sure to look into a copy of Andrew Loomis' Successful Drawing.
Hope this suggestion and link have helped you and your goal out. Good night.

Thanks I'll check out the 2 minute poses

The musculature of the body, especially the legs, is coming along well, although the anatomy of the arms could be defined better. Eventually, the use of some shading can help indicate muscles and joints too. Proportionally, the upper body does appears slightly too small compared to the rest of the sketch.
