Upside Down Tonal Sketch of Figure Shapes and Tones

Done as part of a 30 minute class. My current goal is: Learn how to make my funniest drawings the most alive and motivated from within. Here is my latest toned drawing done in HB graphite pencil, with points all sharpened ultra-long and -fine with matt knife and sandpaper. Gotten a wide but restricted range of tones. What do you really think and feel?
