advice for figure drawing

ive been drawing for years but i don't feel like I've made any actual progress so the first thing I want to learn properly is figure drawing. I've been using this website for references, but I feel like I'm lacking because none of my drawings look exceptionally good. if their are any exercises, videos, materials, or advice you know that could help me even in the slightest pls let me know. anything is well appreciated.
