Done as part of a practice session with poses of 30 seconds in length.
My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Very good starts on your figures. 30 sec is not a long time, but by doing them you will increase your time to draw the figures. I recommend you find a local life drawing group. Normally they will do 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, and maybe longer. All will aid in your drafting abilities. Till then you need to practice, practice, and then practice some more. On Air Video is an excellent source of free models you should check out.

Wow! those gestures and motions are definitely and positively outstanding, BPHarr273, those are very great.
But, I've got one small suggestion: I see some stiffness melting away, and the lines are a little bit too busy, why don't you go for 10 minutes of 29 second figures, hands, and feet, pretty please? And why?? Because, they will become even most solid, dynamic, and fluid.
Hope it's been postively and totally beneficial.
