Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: Develop my own signature drawing style (advanced)

Hi Bryaniac98,

I love your sketchy shadows. Maybe you can think about rhe parts of the body as abstract threedimensional shapes like cones, cylinders and balls. I think that would improve your drawings.

Good time drawing (:

Nice work on your stylized realism, Byaniac98. That's a very good use of the drawing fundamentals. And more importantly, a greater practice of gesture drawing.

My tiniest suggestion could and should be that some of the postive and negative spaces and forms are still too uncertain in their execution. Would you kindly please free up your dominant and non-dominant hands with 30 more minutes of 5 minute silhouettes of the figure poses? (6 silhouettes) What a silhouette is, by definition, a drawing consisting of the outline of something, especially a human profile, filled in with a solid color. Understand?

The reason why you could and would do this critique is because, your poses will become the most stonger and boldest in the graphics if you shade them up in black or what color.

Good luck, and I hope you'll find this helpful and encouraging.

The drawing feels weightless. Especially in the feet. Is that part of the style you are trying to create?

All the best,
