Nice job on your two-legged construction, orinatic. Nice job on your balance in the model and the design and line of action and rhythm. Keep them up!

My tiniest, smallest and insignificant suggestion to you, my perception tells me that I'm not getting enough of the caricature of the truth on the silhouette of the pose here. Why don't you please loosen up your dominant/non-dominant hand with 1 hour of 30 second poses scribbled out, all flipped horizontally, vertically, and a combo of horizontally/vertically?

The reason why you could do this insignificant and tiny suggestion is because: Not only you'll be able to draw your models with the lighter of touches, but also, to tap into your creative and artistic eyes and brains.

And if you wanna see and know some more, check out this, [url=

Hope these help, and a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you!

Hello!

This is very very good! As for the hips, one thing that might help ground them a bit more would be to look for where the points of the iliac crest (ASIS) are and actually show them with a point or something. These are just some of the landmarks for figure drawing where fat doesn't collect so they can be used as good reference for any body types.

You're doing a very good job of thinking of the figure as 3d form, so moving forward I might suggest adding these little "landmarks" to your drawings. This will translate nicely when moving to naturalistic representations of the figure.

Ah, good idea, thanks! I'm used to doing the back dimples, but I really dont have enough frontal landmarks. Will do. Thank you!

The reason it looks off there is that the ribcage is going into the hip area. If you recreate the pose in the mirror you can see there is a little straight line that is in between the hips and torso. Maybe add a little more space between there.

Oh yeah, now that you mention it, I think you're right...

Thank you!
