The only thing I would say is that the size of proportions are not consistent. So even if individually everything looks good, when put together something feels off. I would say try to not spend too much time on a specific section of the face, and focus on looking at the bigger picture. I see that you are already using a pen, great! Now try using a marker, this will limit the amount of detail you can put and forces you to be confident in your lines.
