My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Your hands and feet look fine. You need very little, if any improvements on the anatomy. To stretch the dynamism you can work on two things:
a) Practice varying your line weight and overall line quality. Work on your "thicks and thins". And utilize shadows. Let your rendering pop the figure out. Be judicious with the rendering though, because quality dynamic drawing is just as much about what you leave out as what you depict.
b) use your imagination. Trusting that you have a good handle on you anatomy, now take your drawings use your knowledge and stretch the figure (disclaimer: never stop learning or practicing anatomy. Doing so creates so many pitfalls on one's artistic journey. I've definitely been there). Extend a finger or two, or curl it. But be careful not go too far lest you lose the anatomy. If you're drawing from reference, do the same thing. Take what you see and just stretch it, exaggerate it a little further. And use YouTube. You are advanced enough to grasp some of the more complex art concepts that is posted on it. Enjoy your journey, and always remember to HAVE FUN!!!! :)

I'm SO, in love with your hand and feet sketches, hellowinter. Thus far, I have one most smallest idea: Would you like to go for yet another 3 minute set of 30 seconds of those hands, and those feet, if you may so pretty, pretty, pretty please?????
The reason so is, so that they'll be drawn, and sketched, even more funnier, more naturally.
Wait for a very positive result and outcome.
