Done as part of a practice session with poses of 60 seconds in length.
My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

Hey there Sine
I think that there is enough information in the sketches to describe the actions and I noticed that you considered some important things such as the spine and which direction the hip and shoulders are facing. One thing that I think will help you is to lengthen your session from 1 minute to 5 minutes when anatomy is considered. Even though your sketches seem to be more focused on overall shape and proportion, I know that the details of anatomy will take more time.
Also, I think that the information you provided in the sketches can be done in less time and with fewer lines (maybe 45 seconds of time?). If you are not there yet, that is no problem at all; it is better to be patient and progress than to stress over trying to fill the ocean in a tea-cup. Something to keep in mind is that the amount of time you have will determine how much you can translate from the photos. In general, 30 seconds is enough time to only consider the gesture. The more time you add, the more information (lines, anatomy, form, etc.) you can provide.
