Thanks! You are right, I am sloppy in shading if I bother to do it at all. Also I have a heck of a time fitting it all on the page. Yes, I do mark the top and bottom before I start but my drawing always somehow gets bigger and bigger, and makes me adjust backwards which pushes parts off the page :/

The proportions and whatnot, look good to me, id just try being less scratchy with your lines to show the curves better

Great advice! My lines have been terribly scratchy since day 1, since I was a kid. Will make more of a conscious effort to clean them up. Thanks again!
Very, very nice drawing. Overall the drawing works very well. You have dated the work, a good idea for comparing your work at a later date. You are showing the rib cage. Can not see the hands (Left hand cut off & really can not make out the right hand). The right leg is shaded but the left leg is not. I think the left leg should have been shaded. Let's do some more. You are on a roll. Keep the ball rolling.
