My current goal is: Getting proportions right

What should I focus on to improve ?

Your proportions seem pretty good here! Correct me if I'm wrong, but this appears to be digital, and it may help you improve to work on paper just to have more space to spread out. I'm sorry that I can't provide more suggestions than this, I'm still learning myself.
