March 1, 2013 2:36pm #848not really sure....energy drinks maybe.....or a exercise routine that will overtime give you more energy....I get tired while drawing because of work and it annoys the crap out of me because I really don't do much at work lol :(
March 1, 2013 2:17pm #41Due to a pokemon tutorial found here. Which I've done 3 times already. I've decided to start sketching animals....what better way to start then to use the animal drawing tool lol. But I would like to know what things I should keep and mind when drawing animals?? When sketching people using the figure tool at the beginning i ask myself what lines I need on the paper to catch this pose? and when the time gets longer I start to think about distances of body parts and negative/positive space....etc. So what should I keep in mind when drawing animals??
February 9, 2013 11:24am #842Your artwork is amazing!....i really dont have any advice to give!...my advice based off the photos i saw are to practice shading and establishing value in your pictures! Did you ever study proportions at all?
1February 9, 2013 12:24am #841I started the hundred project and just got tired and overwhelmed but i managed to do a 50 feet 50 hands project recently...but there was also a potential reward for doing it. So maybe that was my motivation. To see the picture click the link in my siginature!
February 9, 2013 12:20am #840What dont you like about it? You seem to understand "s" curves and "c" curves and have even used "line repetition "to your advantage...i really dont see anything wrong. I only read about these techniques! I haven't practiced them that much! But i like the way the lines look when i do draw with these techniques!
1February 9, 2013 12:10am #839I would suggest using photobucket.com! You upload your picture and as soon as it uploads click on it. To your right will be 3 different links to your picture. Click the link that starts with [ I M G ]... as soon as you click on it, it will automatically copy... You just right-click ....paste the link inside your post and it should pop right up!..hope that helps. :)
If you would like i can also post pictures if the text doesnt explain the process well enough! But its quite simple!
February 8, 2013 3:25pm #35This is a picture i'd been thinking about drawing for a while cause in my head is was funny :) so what do you like and dislike...tips and advice on what i can do to improve the picture would be great!! and I kind of got lazy with the background! I didn't draw a background when i did the sketching! I just marked a few lines on the page and planned on making the background in photoshop...I think its just blah!! :(
....anyways here it is!!

February 8, 2013 3:20pm #836very nice...i'm quite horrible at drawing women..i feel like my pencil tip isn't thin enough at times!! Perhaps I should do a study on them!! :)
1January 23, 2013 9:41am #829lol....ooooo your so right! the funny part is.... I was so focused on trying to catch the likeness that I forgot about everything else...but i've recently being trying to practice shading and focusing on differentiating lights and shadows from one another. you wouldnt happen to know how to shade a stubble beard??.... would you?? lol.
January 22, 2013 6:41am #827i would suggest using photobucket.com...when you upload a picture it gives you three different links to choose from you want to copy and paste the tag into your post.

January 19, 2013 1:06pm #822Thanks a lot for the advice!!...i like the drawing you did.. I've never had anyone do that...so it was interesting to see...some of these drawings were drawn using the figure drawing tool on this website a few others where just randomly found on a flicker app on my iPad!! :)
more specifically all the pictures except for the top 2 where drawn using the figure drawing tool!!
January 6, 2013 1:37am #813Thankz for the advice....i actually have done a lot of gesture drawing but i never cared to learn proportions...ive always found that boring...even though I know I need to learn it! :(
December 20, 2012 5:14pm #24Just asking for a critique!! :)
The Violin Man is the most recent! And the images have been edited in photoshop so the lines show up because when I took the pictures they came out to light...so the lines have been darkened via Photoshop!!! :)
