Nice work on your 60 sec poses, that's very quick and slick, and good! Well, if I could provide a completely and totally honest critique, then it would be to say that you're doing a great job on the gestures. Why don't you please check out this link on the interactive drawing tutorial? The reason is because, the poses faster than 30 s are 15, 10, and 5 s. You'll really improve quite well and very rapidly.
