Done as part of a 30 minute class.
My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form
Nice to meet you. I'm participating from Japan. I would be very happy if you could give me a critique. I'm not very good at English, so I'm using translation software to write this text.
I may not be able to write a good reply, but if you give me a critique, I would like to refer to it.

I loved the way you simplified the muscules but I miss some information about the form.
Overall its good and clean.
Well done!

Hi Akikoma,
i think you captured the form very well, the proportions are good and the subject looks 'grounded', as in the heavy point is in the legs.
I see you did this in 5 minutes, which is good! Maybe next time you can even try to mark the big shadow parts too, it will give the person more 'form'.
Have a good time and keep practicing, you are doing very well!
Greetings from Belgium, Sarah

こんにちわ!
Your form looks very good! The drawing has nice, strong lines, and you clearly have a good understanding of basic anatomy. Good work!
I think you could improve by focusing more on flow, and the line of action in your drawings, before settling in on anatomy. The human body is fluid, and less rigid than how it has been drawn here. Imagine each pose being the middle of a movement, instead of a single stationary pose. Is the man in this image lifting his arm? Taking a step? Think about how he got there, and how the shape of his body, and where his weight will fall affects the final product.
Keep up the good work! よし!じゃあね!

Great approach idea for drawing quick sketches of the models. This is something I would like to try myself and great work.

The bad:
3d volumes (ex: the arm that is closer is smaller than the arm that is further away)
anatomy (ex: legs aren't conected to the pelvis correctly, deltoid is misplaced/too small)
The good:
The gesture is readable
For a 5 minute sketch, lineart is good
Good underdrawing
