Be more adventurous with the line of action. Put some extreme exaggeration on the curves to help warm up and you will find the poses will become more naturally flowing. I would also take a moment and review body proportion to help balance your poses. Your arms and legs are balanced wonderfully but the torso and hips are conflicting causing your gesture's balance to tip.
