My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

What I am seeing I think that you can practice 3D forms and then practice the simple Loomis head and then move on to detailing and then u can prominently and accurately place those details

it's much easier to exaggerate, and then pull it back after rather than to do the opposite
exaggerate bones you see sticking out(darkening the line, add more lines for emphasis
another thing I like to do is, economy of a long line. something you used 2-3 lines to describe, can you combine it into one? i think you'll end up using curvier lines, and nothing describes dynamic more than a really nice curve. uh, yeah! try those and maybe you'll see something change.i enjoy that you're drawing the man's expressive face too. and not just a neutral pose. that is something to exaggerate too, an emotion.
