Nice practice here. The faces are solid, proportions are good, and the finished ones are well detailled.

Perhaps on the woman in the top left corner the shadows are a bit too strong, which makes her looking quite old.Getting subtle shadows right on a face is quite hard.

Regarding your objective, have you read "the invisible art" from Scott Mac Cloud? It can help to understand what a drawing style is, and how to build it.
