Nice attempt. But you need to refine your lines more and give them a good form. Lighting and shading may come later. Draw loosely and then tighten up the drawings. For shading I believe it will come out better if you stick to one type of shading for an image. Here I see you have used pencil broadly on fabric and kind of loose hatching on the body. Stick to one type of shading. Also I think it will help a lot if you study anatomy books too
