Proportions are nice. If you want to work on structure I recemend cubes over circles. I also recemend not skipping out of feet or hands. The feet ground the figure and even just drawing palms of the hands in a general sense will save you some head ach later because they are hard.

I actually draw hands some times but when its 30 seconds or 1 minute poses thats all i can do with the time given at least for now haha
