My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid.
Hello, this is my first upload for the 1 hour figure drawing class. I honestly dunno what I'm doing other than this is just an exercise and a stepping stone to a completed drawing. So how did I do?

Well, Cabbie Patch, I really do say that I think your edges and spaces are getting to be the most extraordinary yet, but the relationships still need the most vitality and energy from you yet. May I just recommend you draw most lightest, largest, but liveliest lines of action please?
The reason why is because of two things: First, to help yourself to wean off from using your erasers all the time, and lastly, to make your sketches of the figures the most intuitive but cartoonish yet. Thank you.

Secondly, what I admire most is your courage. Painting is a game for the brave, and courage is definitely the undisputed first step in painting and the prerequisite for improvement.
Finally, I suggest putting more energy into training within "2 minutes" or "<10 minutes" first, and the subsequent time is based on the previous time. I felt full after eating the third bowl of rice, but this was because there were two other bowls of rice already in my stomach. I couldn’t just eat the third bowl of rice and still feel full. Come on, you did it. great!

I'll post the 2 minutes ones later since the sketchbook I used to do this exercise is too small and I'm on my phone right now and uploading through my phone is kind of a pain.
