For short drawings (like the 30-60 second ones), I would say to not bother with facial features and just focus on shape and structure and perspective. The longer ones are quite good.

Thank You, Josh The Stampede. Your feedback is very helpful. i am now focusing on one bodypart for the 30sec and 60sec. i will post my attempts at my first opportunity.
