please some critiques, i finally improving on the 30 sec poses please let me know what you guys think

Great performance, nsto. You did a great improving performance on those 30s gestural figures. I think those figure studies would be even really MORE gutsier if you did 10 28-second sketches. Would you like to do that for you and me, please? I hope you’ll find it helpful on your next study.
