I think you've captured the values well, I'd say try finding some material on anatomy, and understand proportion and try to keep the proportions correct.

Overall the drawing is very good. Check the head, size a little small. The left foot is a little off. You need to study human anatomy - muscle and bone structure. Free information is available on the internet. Line-of-Action has sections on hands & feet plus heads. Take advantage of them. And remember: Practice makes better.
