Head needs work - proportions not good. Do some study on the head. The hands are OK. There is a great deal of information (free) on the internet on these subjects.

Looks good! Keep it up. I'd suggest loosening your strokes, and trying to make as many broad, long lines as possible as you draw, rather than multiple small, sketchy lines. Move into detail later on in your drawing, and focus on overall gesture and basic form at the beginning! When starting out a lfie drawing, try not to draw the head, but rather the chest and shoulders before drawing anything else- using simple circles and lines, instead of specific shapes that comprise your reference.
