Awesome sketch, Munkedragon,
That's a very awesome sketch you've got there. I love how you're going with this, but I've got one little suggestion to help you out. I love how dynamic and balanced your forces and forms are, but why don't you please do 90 minutes of 10 minute figure poses? And do you know why???? Because, it'll and it can help you cross over forces with forms, gestures, and essentials. And furthermore, it shall and will help if you'd experiment with sketching media.
Cheers, and I hope you've found this completely and totally genial, and informative.

I hope you are well and enjoying yourself drawing,
I like your study, shows good effort, there is motion in it.
the foreshortening needs some work the forms feel a little flat. Some advise my mentor gave me was that a slower study concentrating on specific on each stage. eg. start with the line of action and work on it till happy then build on it, then start shading and so forth.
I hope this helps
Happy drawing
:)
