I think giving yourself more space could help! Right now every pose either barely fits on the page, or even gets cut off by the end of the page or another drawing. There's not much room to breathe.
You can't really do big and smooth strokes, when part of your brain is always gonna be hitting the breaks because the borders of your page being right there.
(For example, I think one of the most fluid lines you have in this page is the belly of the figure on the bottom right, which also reads to me like one of the lines where you mentally had most space available bc it's in the center of a big patch.)

For me personally it helps a lot to warm up with sum quick 1-5 min figure drawings focusing more on the line of action and the way the body moves softly. I also like to “overxaduratr” the motion a bit to make it “more” fluid. :))
