5 min on hand, 10 on the feet. I see I need to improve how I render the larger forms of the hand and feet, those without obvious contours, but not sure how.

I really like your feet! You definitely captured the gesture. There are a lot of anatomy tutorials available on Youtube, and I like to watch a bunch of them and then see what sticks when I actually go to draw. Often, I find that different approaches work best for different poses, so it helps to know several.
