these look amazing! Perhaps try to include the spine and try using more round shapes to represent the body, and try to speed up on the quicker poses to make sure you get the feet in there. I would consider doing a class of just feet to build your confidence in drawing them!
Polyvios Animations
Greatest works on your most spectacular quickest sketches of figures! Perhaps please loosen up your lines of action and rhythm the most with quickly sketching out 32 minutes of 1 minute poses, all drawn with horizontal flips, and then with vertical and horizontal flips.

As a result, of this most constructive arguement is because, if you flip your photo reference in 2 or three different ways, then you can try out drawing your figures as you really see them, instead what you know you see, but, to make your poses the least rigidest and the totally most dynamic, vitalest, and energetic, thru forces and constructions of figures and appendages, like hands. For most info, please look into a free library copy of Drawing From Within by Nick Meglin, link here, please. (but you have to borrow this book every hour, except you have to join Archive.org for free.)

Good luck from me to you.
