Done as part of a practice session with poses of 60 seconds in length.

My current goal is: Better understand human anatomy, so I can render imagined poses

Polyvios Animations

Good morning, Cartoonistahn, it's me again, Polyvios, how are you doing this morning? Greatest job on your gestures, anatomies, and proportions. You know, I'd think that you'd make the greatest drawn animator. Keep up on your loosest gestures to your loosest anatomies. But, here's my one smallest problem: I love how much proportions and anatomy you've got going for your human figure sketch, but I'm not getting enough of the squashy-stretchy flexibility in your relationships (proportions and angles) Please free up your elbow and shoulder with longest and liveliest lines of action and rhythm, by way of 4 hours, 15 minutes of 10 second action sketches? (15,300 seconds/10 seconds=1530 poses of flow and energy.) The reason why you could and should do this suggestion is because, if you'd be able to work in wax crayons, which I'd recommend, then they'd be the greatest asset to you and your quickest poses, and second of all, to be the least too precious with your proportions and mostly into how the relationships move in animations. For all details, look up the Nancy Beiman book, the Walt Stanchfield series, not to mention, this link here. My hat's off to you. Good morning.
