I really enjoy your style of drawing hands, and how you seperate the different forms into basic shapes. your proportions are also spot on in my opinion. One thing you might wont to look into though is changing up the texture and size of the hands. Since they all look as if they belong to the same person. maybe the next time you study hands focus on what makes each of the references different.
