some shortcuts

These are just some useful shortcuts, that beginners could use to indicate head, ribcage with shoulderlines and the hip.

They aren't the only ones possible, and I didn't pay a lot of attention to line quality when sketching them, but they are OK-ish if you have no clue how to indicate the masses.
