I really love how you rendered this! It's very loose and expressive, especially on the shirt. But I think we're seeing too much of the far side of the face, and it's giving the woman an uncanny look. You can check by flipping the canvas or tucking in the far side of the face using editing tools, but going forward, it's probably worth spending a few extra minutes at the sketching phase to make sure you're working on top of a strong foundation.
