My current goal is: Improve at correctly capturing the overall proportions of the human form
This is a strong and beautiful drawing! One thing that stands out to me with regards to proportions is the right shoulder area. I think the proportions are technically correct, but there are some markings that seem to suggest the deltoid muscle is in a slightly odd place that makes it look a bit disjointed, at least from this angle. Maybe you could explore shoulder anatomy a bit to make more confident shading decisions there?
