Figure study

Done as part of a 30 minute class.

My current goal is: Reduce stiffness and make my drawings feel more dynamic, energetic, fluid

Big Chee

Very nice proportions, the added wrinkle and curvature makes the figure very life like as well. One thing that I would suggest is correctly mapping out where the external most parts of the body fall (Hands and feet). The feet in this pose look as though they are pointed in different directions, and when aligned with the hips, it does not look proportionate. Try making the left foot more head on so that the heel of the foot is directly facing you/ the viewers. Also, not that big, but I can't tell if she is against a wall or on the ground, so maybe try to make the point where she interacts with a surface more clear? So that it is apparent what she is pushing her weight against. I'm not sure if I was theonly critique left for you, but I hope this made sense and helped you out! Good luck!

Looks great! Except for some clean up on the lines and changing the size of the right leg's calf, this looks really amazing.

You've done a superbly greatest job on your 10 minute sketch on your last 30 minute class of figures, mariearroyo, however, I've got one more small request: Love how expressive your forces and forms are turning into, why don't you go for yet another 10 minutes of 2 minute poses, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty please, please, please, please???? The ground is because, your forms and forces will become even more broader and funnier, naturally. Hope and believe that it will even more than formulate a positive outcome.

It's good! Try not to add too much detail in the sketch though, it can make the drawing look a bit weird, And I like that you added hair to the character, it makes it look better when the character has hair. Other than a bit too much detail, it looks great!
