Nice job on your first eye drawing, keep it up. But I've got one idea for improvement: You're on the right track on drawing eyes, yet, why don't you please do 20 minutes of 30 second eye sketches from books and/or online? The reason why is because, if eyes are really your goal on improving your rendering of facial features, then I'd champion that for you.
And as for the eyebrows, then you're right about that. You also could go for the placement of the eyebrow and the nose.
Hope they have been definitely and completely serendipitous.

I would agree with you. The eyebrow should start more towards the nose. Overall, your eye drawing is a good start. Line-of-Action has a section on faces & expressions. Check it out. I looked at your other works. Overall they were very good. I would suggest you study the L-o-A section on hands & feet.
You might want to check out the following book: "Morpho: Anatomy for Artists" by Michel Lauricella
He has a whole line of books you might also like to check out.
No matter what you do, keep on working, and practicing. Remember: Practicing makes better.
