Hands
© 2020 Robertr0803Just picked up the pencil again want to practice digital art consider me an absolute beginner.
Really difficult to draw models that i see so I am trying to break them down into shapes because it overloads my brain.
Hands are a lot easier for me than feet. I tried to break these down into shapes because I was struggling real hard but then again I am barely starting.
My current goal is: I don't know! I am an absolute beginner; I'm here to study the basics of rendering

Good start. You are correct the fingers are in 3 parts. The bend at each joint. The thumb has 2 parts visible. Go to the Line-of-Action hands & feet section. Work your way through that section. I recommend you investigate the following book:
"Morpho: Anatomy for Artists" by Michel Lauricella. He has a lot of other books that may interest you.
Remember: Practice makes better. Therefore, get practicing.

That's the drawing that lands, robertr0803. That's a good start. Yet I've got one small suggestion: I see some stiffness, or rigidity, in the drawing of some hands. Why don't you please loosen yourself up with 5 minutes of 30 second hands and feet? The reason why is because, they will become more forceful, more fluid and lively.
Hope it's been completely and totally constructive.
