I really liked the faces, hair and the proportions of the body. The heads kinda give a cartoon/comic style and the gestures are on point - i can see clearly what the poses and gestures mean.
I`d say for you to climb the next step and start training foreshortening and other perspectives.
Also, if you are having a hard time with colors, try using 3 or 4 different colors (for example, black or dark blue for a dress, red for lips, yellow or any other color for hair, etc)
If i`m not mistaken, you`ve practiced a lot of 30s/60s sketches, right? Keep pushing, increasing from time to time the duration of the timer (for sketch refining). And don`t be afraid to "risk" making lines (curved or straight) in a single movement to gain time.
Your hard work is clearly paying off!

Good noon, Tonovz, and I say, greater job on communicating the movement of weights and variety of straights against curves in your figure warm-ups. Way to go. Keep 'em up!
Yet, these forces and shapes don't seem flowing enough to the extreme to me. Please why don't you loosen up your elbows with 90 more minutes of 1 minute scribble warm-ups?(90 scribbles)
The excuse why you should and would do this request is because if, say, you're working on an 18x24 pad o' newsprint, it could help you be more boldest and loosest and longest, and largest with your dynamics of lines. For furthest info, be sure to pick up a copy of the Morpho Anatomy book series. (If you haven't already) So, hope this advice has been helpful and please take this with a real grain of salt.
