the proportions of your drawings look fantastic. If you're aiming for a more realistic look I would look into lineweight if I were you. Right now all of your lines are of the same thickness and darkness. This gives your portraits a comic or popart like look. If that's what you were going for: good job! Otherwise try to differenciate a bit. I achieve this by first putting my lines lightly and then drawing over the important one with more pressure.
I noticed that you shaded the hair of the woman but didn't shade any of the faces? I feel like shading is what would really take these portraits to the next level. Try it, don't be scared ;)
