Indoors or outdoors?

I wanted to ask which you found more helpful: reference pictures taken outdoors or those taken indoors. Thanks!

Depending on which drawing you want to make I guess. If you want to study the body maybe indoors with professional lighting or if you want to study different lightings or how the body interacts with nature/ backgrounds outdoors would be better.
