Hi, the posts above had some great comments about your gesture drawing. I'll provide some feedback about the second one. The lines look pretty fluid and your color looks really nice. The face and eyes are especially nicely done. However, you may need to pay a little bit more attention to proportion and skeletal structure. Right now two upper arms don't seem to have the same length. It doesn't have to be 100% correct but make sure it's not too obvious ;). Good luck!

I like the way you try to capture the gesture by using a blue line to indicate the major flow. My suggestion is to try putting less effort into details like hair or face when you are doing quick drawings (or just ignore them and draw a rough shape for the head lol). If you reallocate the time spent on details to address proportions, your drawings will improve really fast.

These are 3min drawings. I've been trying to improve my proportions. Any suggestions?
October 12, 2020 11:51pm #26245I love the way you capture the motion. However, your proportions can be a bit off. Sometimes the head is a bit small and other times the torso may be too long. Good job! Keep practicing!
